Cats make wonderful pets, and not just because they’re pretty independent. They can be indoor or outdoor without much worry of leashes, they self-bathe, take care of their business without supervision, plus they’re quiet, no barking. Cats don’t require a lot of attention, you can pet them occasionally and they’re perfectly satisfied. If you’ve never owned a cat, it may be a good idea to talk to your cat-parent friends or local Mexican Hat pet shop for advice.
