Consider your home and its space while you’re deciding which exotic pet to own. If you live in a small Yellowstone National Park apartment, you may want to own a small bird, turtle, fish or insect/bug. If, on the other hand you have plenty of space (and experience with exotic animals) you may want an alpaca, iguana (they can grow to be 6 feet long) or sugar gliders who need a large cage so they can leap, jump and move around.
